Megadeth - Youthanasia 320

Another Megadeth album. I don't have a lot of bad things to say about this album. Mustaine's songwriting is pretty much at it's peak at this point. Everything about this album is tight. The guitars are wicked. The percussion is as good as it will ever be. The vocals are just as snarly as ever and god bless Mustaine for that voice. Just listen to it.

Anthrax - Among the Living 320

This is my first Anthrax post and with this I've posted the Big 4 breakout albums (You can dispute that amongst yourselves especially with Metallica and Megadeth). I adore this album. Full on Thrash and very much their defining album. Only Worship Music comes close to surpassing this album and sometimes I think it does. This album has all the quirkiness and general nerdiness early Anthrax is known for in particular I Am the Law.

Evile - Enter the Grave

Evile's debut album. A nice face lift for the thrash metal community which is aging considerably (just look at The Big 4). This album brings a fresh breeze to Thrash Metal even having an awesome fucking sound about thrash concerts. The guitars are particularly vicious and totally a worthwhile listen.

I - Between Two Worlds

This album is weird. It's by a supergroup from some of the foremost Norwegian and Swedish Black Metal bands. The vocals are scarring and everything sets in right. Very good mix of Black and Thrash metal guitar and the drums are pretty sweet.

Metallica - ReLoad

Metallica's last studio album in the 90's and more Bluesy than all their other albums excluding Load which is the "prequel" to this album. More like albums in the same vein. Fuel is fucking amazing and The Memory Remains is a very classic song.

Metallica - Master of Puppets

The old Metallica classic. Perhaps their best album and with good reason. It's so refined and everything is done so well it's a worthy addition to any and every library. Title track is awesome and if you like Cthulu then The Thing That Should Not Be will evoke a nice image of insanity in your head with how good it is.

Megadeth - Rust in Peace

More Megadeth. This album is a truck. It's always chugging along. Listen to it bunches. The first 3 albums may never be posted due to bitches censoring or re-master removing blurry awesomeness.




Then again bitches ain't shit.

Megadeth - The World Needs a Hero

This is my second thrash metal post and I'm surprised it's Megadeth because I kinda prefer Metallica. This is a very good solid album. Really enjoyable stuff. Mustaine is rockin hard here.

Slayer - Reign in Blood

I feel like I have to post this album. It's a perfect example of an amazing album. There is no fat in any of the songs. It's about a half hour long and everything sounds right. Drums are fucking perfect and guitars are so insanely good. The vocals are spitted out a mile a minute and are nothing short of excellent. It's one of the most important metal albums for a good reason.



You should already have this like 20 times

Gojira - Terra Incognita

Been listening to a lot of metal these days. Been on a metal trip and Gojira is pretty epic to say the least. This is the re-issue so there are some live bonus tracks. All 320 for your ears to listen to.
